Roberta Louise (Scott) Allen

Roberta Louise (Scott) Allen, a 94 year old resident of Trenton, MO, passed away at 11.00 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Wright Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Allen was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Trenton for seventy-six years, where she sang in music groups, taught Children’s Church and Sunday School into her eighties.

Roberta was born on January 11, 1932 in Harrison County, the daughter of Gordon and Carrie Smith Scott.  She attended Trenton schools.  Married to Kenneth Allen on June 24, 1951, in Trenton, MO where they made their home and raised a family.  Roberta worked at Trenton Foods, Trenton National Bank, and at H&R Block during tax season.  After retirement, Kenneth and Roberta enjoyed seeing the country on many wonderful trips; first on motorcycle and later in their motor home.

Mrs. Allen is survived by one son, Keith Allen and his wife, Debbie of Trenton, MO; three daughters, Cathy Allen of Trenton, MO, Linda Allen Berg and her husband Jeff Berg of Stanwood, WA, and Lori Allen Hudson and her husband John of Jamesport, MO; one brother Curtis Scott and his wife Ruth Scott of Ozark, MO; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Kenneth, she was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 20, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at First Assembly of God Church, Trenton, Missouri. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens north of Trenton, Missouri.

Family visitation will be held Friday, February 20, 2026 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Church.
